Snow White!!

These BabyCakes were for a birthday girl who loves Snow White.... so much that she requested two different Snow White designs.

Both Snow White designs were 100% edible.

To Infinity and beyond.....

This two-tier Toy Story cake was the highlight of one little girl's birthday party :-)  The top layer consisted of a Dominican Cake with Guava filling and the bottom layer was a Dominican Cake with Dulce de Leche filling... delish!! :-) 

These building blocks were made out of Rice Krispie Treats covered in fondant and 100% edible.

The kids went crazy for them!!

 And to TOP it all off.... an assortment of classic vanilla and chocolate BabyCakes with vanilla and chocolate frosting...

with Jessie hats and Woody handkerchief toppers :-)

Introducing Dominican Cake!!

Eve's Sweet Touch is proud to present Dominican Cake also known as Bizcocho Dominicano!!

Dominican cake is always the center of every Dominican celebration. The traditional Dominican cake has a pineapple filling but you can substitute for any fruit (strawberry, peach, guava, orange, etc..) or pastry filling (Dulce de Leche, etc..). 
For those who have not tried it, it is hard to understand the fascination with this cake. What makes Dominican cake so special? Well, you won't know until you try it, but let me give you a spoiler:
 It is incredibly delicate in texture and sinfully delicious!

This Dominican Cake has a Dulce de Leche filling :-)
