A birthday cake fit for a true Jets fanatic!!

This was a very delicious Dominican Cake with Dulce de Leche filling and of course 'Bailey's'!!

Happy 70th Birthday!!

I was so very excited to make this cake!!

This cake was Eve's Sweet Touch's 1st 3 tier cake!!

The bottom and top tier were a delicious Dominican Cake filled with Dulce de Leche.

 The middle tier was a very moist Red Velvet filled with Vanilla Butter Cream.

Great Summer!!

took a little bit of time off but now we are back and excited about whats to come!!

Butterfly Barbie Cake!!

I was given a picture of a butterfly barbie and asked to make it into a cake.

This cake was allot of fun and the birthday girl was very pleased.

Believe it or not this is a Dominican Cake filled with what has become "Eve's Sweet Touch" most popular filling..... Dulce de Leche and Caramel Baileys.

This was also the first time I dressed a Barbie with fondant clothing. What do you think??

Makeup Birthday!!

I was asked to make a cake for a real girlie girl and this is what I cam up with....

A Makeup Cake!!!

The birthday girl was so happy with her cake. Her first reaction was... "Do we have to cut it? Can't I keep it?"  :-)

The makeup was personalized with J's and it was all edible!!

 The top cake was a delicious Red Velvet Cake filled with Vanilla Butter cream and the bottom cake was a Dominican Cake filled with Dulce de Leche and Caramel Baileys.

Johnny Walker!!

Imagine a Dominican Cake filled with Dulce De Leche......

Now imagine it spiked with Johnny Walker!!!

The birthday boy was sooo happy with his cake that he wouldn't let anyone cut it :-)

He finally cut into it 2 days later, it was a great success!!

There's nothing like a traditional Dominican Cake filled with Dulce De Leche/Bailey's.
