   I LOVE this Cake!! Probably my favorite cake to date!!

Dominican cake spiked with Bailey's Irish Cream....

Bottom tier filled with Dulce de Leche which also has Bailey's Irish Cream in it.

Top tier is filled with pineapple filling, both frosted with Suspiro.

Oh and did I mention the Tiki Hut was frosted in Chocolate Buttercream and I used Hazelnut Pirouettes to make the hut..... 

I mean it doesn't get much better than this :-)

This cake was so much fun to make! I love my safari animals!!! Every single decoration on this cake is fully edible!
