Ever heard of the Dashing Commuter??

I wanted to make a cake for a dashing mom of 3 whom is also a doctor.... I used the LIRR logo and created my own rendition for her.... What do you think??

She loved it!!

It was Red Velvet Cake with Vanilla Butter Cream filling.
